OD&PL content is moving to the Staff Intranet
We’re currently in the process of moving OD&PL content for colleagues to the Staff Intranet site. You can find more information about this transition on this page.

What’s changing?
- Our OD&PL Staff Intranet site (requires UoL login) will become the main place for University of Leeds staff to access detailed information about our programmes and services, but content that remains relevant for external audiences will continue to be available on our public websites.
- Where content moves to the intranet, we’ll still provide brief overviews of our programmes and services externally. This aims to help external visitors understand the full range of our provision. As part of this transition, we’re also consolidating some of our websites.
- We’ll ensure clear links and redirections are in place once changes are made, so you can easily find what you need.
- We’re updating things in phases, so some areas will change before others.
How to find what you’re looking for
- Navigation on our external websites will remain available. Many links will continue to point to content hosted externally at first, but these will be updated as relevant content is moved to the Staff Intranet.
- When content has moved, you’ll still see an overview on the external site, along with a link to more detailed information on the Staff Intranet.
- Some content will remain on external sites where appropriate.
