Build confidence and capability in leading discussions and group work with the Facilitation Skills Workshop.

Open to all staff (with tailored sessions for leaders and managers), the workshop focuses on effective facilitation, managing challenges and practising skills in a supportive environment.

A complementary Facilitation Skills Toolkit on PebblePad is also available to support ongoing development.
