- Key areas of activity
- I lead on 3 areas within ODPL: academic careers, funding, and research leadership. I run courses, workshops, and events, and develop resources which contribute to professional development support for staff across the university. Programmes I lead include: Fellowship Accelerator, Career Architect, BOOST and What's Next?. I provide support to Research and Innovation Services (RIS) for applicants applying for research funding, particularly related to narrative CVs and career development plans. I also support Schools with bespoke provision linked to research teams, strategic research roles and research leadership transitions.
