Learning and Development Manager (Student Education Service)
Key areas of activity
Working with senior managers in the Student Education Service on a range of organisational development and professional learning activities and initiatives. Work includes developing Service leaders’ networks, creating bespoke professional development opportunities and packages for leaders, internal consultancy and Service onboarding activities.
Interests
Organisational development, culture change, personal and team development, continuous improvement, establishing networks and communities of practice, colleague wellbeing, action learning facilitation, 360 coaching, onboarding activities, upskilling leaders and managers in facilitation skills.
Qualifications and professional body memberships
BA (Hons) English and Communication Studies; PGCert Social Science Research Methods; MA Social Research (University of Leeds). Accreditations: Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt (continuous improvement methodology); Thomas International PPA .
