Interim 2021 Leaders and Managers Support

A range of support for leaders and managers from OD&PL is available to book, they include a variety of courses, surgeries, masterclasses and workshops to provide training and support for colleagues at the University of Leeds.
The support is designed for those who need support at different levels; from a specific time-bound issue that can be addressed in surgery, to a generic leadership and management issue that can be tapped into through a masterclass, or for something more specific and ongoing that requires a longer workshop or Management Essential session. These can then act as a stepping stone into our leadership development offer, supported and underpinned by Wellbeing and Resilience.
Sessions are now available to view and book, just visit the Interim 2021 Leaders and Managers Support webpage and browse the varied range of support available.
