Learning to Lead starts in April 2021, Apply now.
The next cohort on our Learning to Lead programme will start in April 2021 and there is still time for you to apply and join them.
Learning to Lead is one of our Leadership Development Programmes for colleagues who are currently in a leadership position. The programme helps participants to gain insights on their own strengths and areas that they can look at developing.
The next programme will run from April – July 2021 and consists of five webinars with a mixture of individual and group work which takes place between sessions.
In the sessions participants will learn how they can develop their influence by focusing on self-awareness, using psychometrics to identify areas of opportunity, and taking an action learning approach to developing a list of key leadership development opportunities for them.
To apply, visit the Learning to Lead webpage for more information. If you miss the April 2021 programme start date, you can apply at any time and you will be added to the waiting list for the next programme, which we will advertise on the above webpage.
