Through collaborative, self-directed and experiential learning, HeadSpace aims to: 

• foster a culture of accountability and intentional leadership 
• create opportunities for open dialogue, peer collaboration and supportive problem-solving 
• cultivate high-impact teams 

Through the following development opportunities, we aim to nurture a sense of togetherness and belonging. 

• HeadSpace Onboarding: Provides a positive and supportive experience for newly appointed Heads of School, Heads of Professional Services and Directors of Professional Services. It is designed to share how the University operates and it is delivered as in-person sessions and supported by a self-directed toolkit. 
• HeadSpace Forum: Provides a regular opportunity for Heads of School and Heads of Professional Services to come together to receive updates, explore shared challenges, hear from guest speakers and for peer support. 
• HeadSpace Development: Provides a continuous professional development for colleagues to support them in their leadership role. 
• HeadSpace Teams: Provides the opportunity for colleagues to partner with the Leadership and Organisational Development team in OD&PL to deliver bespoke leadership development, offering a flexible suite of targeted modules tailored to the specific priorities of each leadership team.
