Establishing your Leadership

The programme helps leaders make sense of their early experiences, build on their growing understanding of their leadership strengths and start to apply skills in team building, cross-university collaboration and leading through uncertainty.

Learning alongside a supportive peer group, the programme will help you to strengthen leadership skills for more impactful leadership.
