Discovering your Leadership

Discovering Your Leadership is designed for aspiring and new leaders at the early stages of their development.

This Chartered Management Institute (CMI) recognised programme focuses on building core leadership skills, increasing self-awareness, and developing effective working relationships. 

Participants explore topics such as communication, collaboration, influencing, and managing change, while learning alongside a supportive peer group. 

Colleagues who complete the full programme gain 12 months’ CMI membership and a co-branded certificate from the University of Leeds and the Chartered Management Institute.
