PebblePad technical support for staff

Raising a ticket

If a member of staff has technical difficulties with accessing PebblePad, they should raise an IT ticket/DES Service Now ticket by following these steps:

  • Go to the IT Services webpage, log in and type PebblePad in the search box.
  • In the next screen you can request Creator Rights (for workspaces; which brings up a form to complete), or Help for Staff or Help for Students.
  • From Help for Staff, you'll get an A-Z of guidance (which might answer your query) or, if something isn't working or you need further help, you can click on the 'Something broken' option on the right to raise a ticket. If you do raise a ticket, remember to put PebblePad or ATLAS in the subject line so that the ticket is redirected to the Digital Education Systems team.
