Mental Health Awareness Week 2023

Mental Health Awareness Week (15 to 21 May 2023) is the UK’s national week dedicated to raising awareness of mental health and is hosted by the Mental Health Foundation.
This year’s theme is anxiety, one of the most common mental health problems. The aim of this year’s campaign is to increase understanding of this aspect of our mental health and how we can prevent it from becoming a problem for us.
Below we have links to a series of LinkedIn Learning resources focussed on anxiety, and on the wider topic of wellbeing and mental health. In addition, you can access a wider programme of events and information on the University’s Equality and Inclusion Unit website.
We’d also recommend exploring our Wellbeing and Resilience development and resources, coordinated by OD&PL.
In addition, you can find additional information and resources on the staff Wellbeing, Safety and Health website and the Student Counselling and Wellbeing webpages.
