- My main role is as the Programme Leader for the Postgraduate Certificate in Academic Practice (PGCAP) a staff development opportunity for any colleagues who play a significant role within student education at Leeds. I am also involved in our Professional Recognition in Student Education (PRiSE) scheme, which alongside the PGCAP represents the two possible routes to gaining Fellowship of the HEA for staff. Additionally, as part of the Student Education team I am regularly involved with developing resources and facilitating support opportunities for staff at all stages of their career who are interested in enhancing their student education practice.
