Resilience and wellbeing

The need for personal resilience

Ongoing changes to UK higher education alongside the wider economic, political, social and technological landscape, require us all to be flexible and resilient in the workplace. The need to deal effectively with increasing levels of change and innovation makes the ability to maintain good levels of personal resilience and wellbeing in ourselves and others, particularly important.

Our resilience and wellbeing provision

You can access a range of workshops, online resources and support to enable you to develop personal resilience and wellbeing.

Using psychological perspectives to understand and manage professional relationships
