Coaching and mentoring

About coaching and mentoring

Coaching and mentoring are important aspects of personal and professional development. Working with a mentor or coach can provide you with the opportunity to explore topics to enhance your personal effectiveness and career progression. We can also help you to develop your coaching and mentoring skills.

The terms coaching and mentoring are often used interchangeably. However, whilst there is overlap between these two developmental approaches, there are some key differences. So it can be helpful to think about these terms before deciding which type of development would be most suitable for you.
