Developing academic practice through the design, delivery, assessment and evaluation of courses, workshops, project support and facilitated events. Leading on research leadership. Contributing to the professional development support for postgraduate researchers. Supporting the development and delivery of professional development provision on: postgraduate research supervision and examination; research impact. Member of the teams developing and delivering the PGCAP and PRiSE.

Research leadership, research strategy, research collaboration, applying for research funding, managing research projects, research data management, supervising PGRs, examining PGRs, research culture, commercial awareness, negotiating contracts, personal tutoring, assessment and feedback.
