SRDS Training for Reviewers and Reviewees

Further training dates are available for staff who are new to the Staff Review and Development Scheme (SRDS) or would like some refresher training. The online sessions will take place in June and July and are available for both reviewers and reviewees:
- SRDS Reviewer Training: 11am–12noon, Wednesday 9 June 2021 - Book this session
- SRDS Reviewee Training: 11am–12noon, Thursday 10 June 2021 - Book this session
- SRDS Reviewer Training: 2pm–3pm, Wednesday 7 July 2021 - Book this session
- SRDS Reviewee Training: 10am–11am, Friday 9 July 2021 - Book this session

If the sessions are full or you are unable to attend the current dates, then please register on our waiting list by emailing your details to leadership@leeds.ac.uk. Regular dates are released, and the link above will show the latest sessions added for booking, you can also see the latest information on the SRDS page on our Leadership and Professional Practice website.
Each session will cover the following areas, from the perspective of both the reviewer and reviewee:
- what the SRDS is and its purpose
- how to undertake an SRDS conversation
- what to do with the outcomes of the SRDS conversation
The sessions are delivered by colleagues from Human Resources, supported by colleagues from OD&PL
